C++ London: Test, Deploy and Ship

An evening with two talks. Phil Nash asks whether decades of advocating for TDD and testing practices still matter in an age of AI, and if so, how to apply them most effectively.

I'll be giving From Zero to Deployed: Building and Shipping an AWS Lambda with TypeScript, Terraform & GitHub Actions, a practical talk covering writing and packaging a TypeScript Lambda, provisioning infrastructure with Terraform, automating deployment with GitHub Actions, and lessons learned from using Lambdas. It's aimed at newcomers to AWS or serverless and emphasises version-controlled, repeatable deployments.
